Donny Ribaudo and Pat Powers have been a dynamic coaching duo since 2014, building on Donny’s appointment as head coach at Folsom Lake College in 2013. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a deep connection to the game, they have transformed Folsom Lake College Women's Soccer team into one of the nation's premier community college soccer programs. Their dedication has led to back-to-back 3C2A Championships and recognition as the National Coaching Staff of the Year in 2023. Known for their innovative teaching methods, clear communication and leadership skills they have successfully guided over 70 student-athletes to university scholarships while fostering athletic, athletic and personal growth.
